Hampton Inn & Suites Legacy Park-Frisco, Frisco

My family was excited to stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The first room we were given had a strong smell of cigarettes, which was unacceptable for a non-smoking room. After switching rooms, we found a used diaper in the sofa bed, which solidified our decision to leave. The cleanliness was far below expectation, especially for a Hilton property.

My stay was overshadowed by a major issue with room management at the Hampton Inn & Suites Legacy Park. Although the staff were quick to apologize, the mix-up with my room led to a distressing incident that ruined our weekend. We ended up checking out early and found better accommodations nearby. The initial room felt neglected, and the service did not meet my expectations. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

We had a perfect family experience at this hotel! The spacious suite was ideal for our family of six, and the breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety, especially the waffle toppings that thrilled my kids. The pool looked inviting, though we didn’t get to enjoy it. Overall, we found the stay comfortable and convenient, and the staff were incredible.
